I am so glad I trusted Jeff with this project. Jeff and his team initially came out to replace a sewer trap and they discovered a major issue with the line (he was upfront with the possibility of finding more issues once they dig down and sure enough there was a severe back pitch in the line). He provided a clear explanation of his diagnosis of why I was constantly having back ups and his proposal to fix it. They came out a few days later to replace/correct the line under the basement concrete slab. I really couldn't be happier with this experience so thank you Jeff!

We had a backup in our sewage line happen over the weekend. Nick came over on a Sunday, removed our toilet and snaked our line inside the house, to the street, and reinstalled the toilet in an hours time! Jeff was a lifesaver! Our hot water heater blew out this morning and we were stuck without any hot water. Jeff was able to squeeze us in as an emergency service for a very fair price. Since it was an emergency we didnt have time to order a new boiler. So Jeff actually went to Lowes for us and picked up the new boiler. He did a fantastic quality job removing the old boiler and installing the new one while keeping the area nice and clean. He did all this including the lowes run in about 3 hours! This is a great company and I will definitely be recommending them to others and using their services for other household projects in the future.

My basement experienced water flooding due to the massive rain we experienced from Tuesday, January 9 , 2024 to Wednesday, January 11, 2024. Based on several great reviews I read online, I called Nick’s Sewage & Drain Cleaning and they called me back right away. Jeff Z. came to look and assess the issue. Jeff replaced my old sump pump and added an additional sump pump to prevent water from coming in the basement. He was professional, communicated what needed to be done as well as alternatives. Jeff came to change out some old valves connected to our kitchen sink. He was incredibly professional and reasonably priced. He was pretty quick changing them out and he even took the time and stayed an extra few minutes to double check that nothing was leaking. Everyone should have a good plumber and Jeff is it!

"Jeff shows up" should be the slogan on their website! We came home after work today (a Friday) to find our sewer line backing up onto the basement floor. We have been through this before, and the last company we used didn't answer our phone call. So we called Nick's Sewage & Drain Cleaning based on the Google reviews and we could not be happier. Jeff was here in an hour (at rush hour...and did I mention it was Friday?), took a quick walk around the basement to assess the situation, and went to work. The only access to the sewer line in our finished basement is through the toilet drain, so I had pulled the toilet and cleared the bathroom before Jeff got here. Jeff dragged the drain cleaner machine downstairs, plugged it in and wrestled about 100 ft. of cable into the sewer line before breaking up the clog and getting the line to drain again. He was done, packed up and back on the road in about 45 minutes. His price was very reasonable (did I MENTION it was Friday at dinnertime??) Our main sewer line was clogged on a Sunday. Nick's said they could get here in "about" an hour and arrived in 90 minutes. The technician texted me and kept me updated on the arrival time. The work was clean, the experienced technician was courteous and all for a reasonable price. The problem was resolved quickly. They recommended a camera scope of the main line which we scheduled a return visit and had an on time arrival and completed the work and provided the results to ensure the sewer line was in free of obstructions and or visible cracks. Nick came by on short notice to snake my sewer line with a camera inspection, and troubleshoot a clogged tub drain and non-working shower hot water. All were done quickly and effectively over two visits. (He squeezed our first appointment into his schedule on the day we called.) More than just solving our problems, Nick was incredibly informative. He helped us better understand the plumbing of my home (including some insightful theories on where previous owners may have experienced problems based on evidence of prior leaking or the odd placement of a drain valve), and provided suggestions for improving the piping as we plan renovations.

Found Nick's online to help resolve a problem with a sewer line and basement drain that was backing up. Jeff did an excellent job clearing the main sewer line under the basement and out to the street, and he also performed a thorough video camera inspection of the entire line to determine the condition of the pipe and help identify what was causing the backup. It was very easy to schedule a time for him to come out and he arrived exactly on time. His work was very clean as well. Highly recommended.

Nick Sewer and drain Cleaning came to my commercial property. Cleared out all our drains with their snake jet and they showed us a camera service. They were very professional and let us know exactly what’s going on. Jeffrey took my call on Christmas day and came 7:30amon 12/26 to help with my problem mainline drain. It's a tenant (me) landlord scenario where landlord never admits the drain line (from 1955) is faulty and repeatedly clogs. Jeffrey cleared the line, then showed her, with his video camera tool, where the problem in the line was/is. Landlord paid for his services (usually makes me pay) because he showed that it was not because of misuse and explained it will happen again (it had happened in August '19and November '18 before that) if she doesnt repair the line.
